Is WARP doing anything to make its supply chain more sustainable?
Let's talk about two of our most popular services: Inbound Consolidation and Pool Distribution.
With Inbound Consolidation, shipments from different suppliers are merged at a central hub before being sent out to their final destinations. This means fewer trips, less traffic on the road, and lower emissions.
Pool Distribution works similarly, where one big shipment is taken to a hub and then divided up for different locations nearby. This cuts down on long trips and last-mile journeys, which means less pollution.
These methods decrease the need for long hauls and reduce last-mile delivery distances, ultimately lessening pollution, and making the whole transportation process more eco-friendly. 🌱
So what does this mean?
Less cost.
Less pollution.
